Dirty Code

Planet Dan has a post up about his mother and her potty mouth and it got me to thinking while I was coding today that I run into some very inappropriate phrases in my third party error handlers - just a sampling:
  • Buffer is too small for exporting
  • Unexpected disconnection
  • Unable to open dump
  • Node is already released and may not be accessed
  • And, if you're a priest...No more children may be attached to the node
I knew it was going to be sexual entendre Monday when my VP stated that if I wasn't touching the customer, I should find out who was.

When it comes to unintended innuendo, I'll put my veep up against your veep any day of the week.

Oops, that didn't come out right, did it?
