The Chinese characters actually said:"Free beer inside if you know the secret Chinese hand-shake".
Seems like a rather sparse mall setting if the only place listed on the directory is Ming's. Or is it just that one hall that a lot of malls have where no one ever seems to shop?
It was the only store, Kyle. Rochester has some real issues with downtown commerce. The local mall (where this was taken) terrified me.
