Someone in my comments once mentioned that Cindy Sheehan was shown appropriate respect by George W. Bush when he met with her the first time and when he expressed that he felt compassion for her position. I doubted his sincerity. If his closest advisors are any reflection of his own views, I should have doubted more strongly.
