Blame the Victims

As always, go read Dave Neiwert over at Orcinus, then read Into the Mind of a Povert, then a comment in my blog: it was because of hippies and sinners, it was because of homosexuals, it was because they were black, they deserved it. No they didn't. No, it wasn't. It was because they were poor. It was because they were subjected to administrative incompetence.
