You know, on a completely unrelated note, I tried Schell's Caramel Bock last night. Really enjoyed it. A nice alternative to their Dark.
Oh, happy Veteran's Day, dad! (there, now it's all nice and tidy)
I don't really like their caramel bock - tastes a little light and a little sweet to me - I'd much rather have something with some hop to it or, baring that, more of a chocolate malt taste.
